Founded in 2009 in Mustang, Oklahoma, as MYChurch, planted with a heart to serve the Mustang/Yukon communities.  Jesus declared in Matthew 16:18, “On this rock I will build my church,” and this scripture served as the foundation upon which MYChurch was established.  For 16 years, MYChurch has been a place of truth, grace, and genuine connection.

There is a pattern throughout the Bible: when God gets ready to do something significant, He changes a name.  Abram became Abraham. Sarai became Sarah, Jacob became Israel,  Simon became Peter, and Saul became Paul.  God is calling MYChurch into something new -away from being personal and toward something structural-a church that serves as a foundation for everyone He sends our way. So, in June 2026, MYChurch became Foundation Church.

Foundation Church isn't just a new name; it's a declaration of who we stand upon and what we are building toward. This transition represents a profound shift, a vision which God has revealed. The vision of becoming more than we were. A vision of who He has created us to be- a people so rooted in Jesus that when storms come t, they point to the safe place to run to- a place that holds. A FOUNDATION that does not crack.

We are not just changing a name; we are aligning with a foundation that was already laid.
