Our Story
Pastor Steve and Krista Cowan
Ever since I was 18 years old, I have felt the call to ministry. The path I have taken has been more unorthodox than that of your typical preacher/pastor. I have worked as a painting contractor for the past 20 years while serving in several roles of ministry. I tell people that my business supports my ministry habits. Being a self-proclaimed "blue collared" minister, has helped me develop a good work ethic and leadership skills. I have known for many years that God has wanted me to plant a new church.
My wife Krista, our three kids, and I are excited about MYChurch! We anticipate that God will do great and mighty things through MYChurch and we are thrilled to be along for the ride of our lives!
Pastor Steve and Krista planted MYChurch in 2009 in Mustang, OK. God gave them a vision to be a life giving church where thousands of lives are changed through a genuine connection with Jesus Christ.
